Rs. 1000 and Rs. 500 rupees notes are banned and Donald Trump has flagged his victory in the US Presidential Election. There’s a lot happening today and a lot will happen tomorrow.
But midst of all these I am thinking about soothing my taste buds (Foodies can’t stop, whatever the matter is). Having a Rs. 50 note (my travel expense for the day) and a Rs. 500 note in my pocket and around thirty rupees in my bank account, I can’t think to eat and pay at food corners that accept cards.
Poor me 😦 . Girls I need your Awww. 🙂

Anyways, when I went to my kitchen and thought of preparing my lunch for the day. I found I don’t have any vegetables. Also, I can’t buy them because I was having the only piece a paper on which Rs. 500 was printed (formerly the Rs. 500 note, RIP). All I found was a small onion and a tomato along with some rice and noodles masala. Suddenly a TJF (The Judgaad Funda) stuck my mind.
An economical Fried Rice was the best option to eat this noon. What it took was 15 minutes to prepare it and 2 min to pack it. Want to know how to prepare the Economical Fried Rice?
Hahahaa.. Okay, follow the steps given below.

1) Cook plain rice in a pressure cooker.

2) In a pan, add oil along with chopped onion and cook until it becomes golden brown.

3) Add cooked rice and mix well.

4) Add tomatoes {I added at the last because I was not having tomato sauce. Poor me 😦

5) Add noodles masala, salt and little amount of sugar and mix them well with rice.

6) Cook everything for 2 minutes and add soya sauce and chilly sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
Tan Tanna!!! Your Economical Fried rice is ready.
